Description

A terrarium that earns its place on the shelf before you have planted a thing. The Facet is a hand soldered dodecahedron of clear glass and fine metal edging, the sort of geometric piece people pick up and turn over in their hands.

Made to be looked at

• Hand soldered seams: every edge is joined by hand, not pressed from a mould.
• Twelve clear panels: light moves through it from every angle, all day long.
• Two finishes: matte black or warm brass, each with a clean polished edge.
• A proper centrepiece: 18 by 14 cm, sized for a desk, a sill or a shelf.

Simple to plant

• Open top panel: easy to reach in to plant, mist and tidy.
• Made for small worlds: a moss garden, a few air plants, succulents or one sculptural cutting.
• Steady on any surface: a flat base and no wobble.
