If you’re not happy with your order you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.

How to return

Email hello@glasswild.com with your order number and reason and we’ll guide you through it. Items should be in their original condition where possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo and we’ll make it right — no need to return it first.
